The experience overall was amazing! I looked at the dealerships inventory and noticed a Toyota Tacoma in stock. I got in touch with Marian(Executive Assistant) and she was very helpful in starting the buying process by guiding me through the financing application before driving to the town location. Christian the sales representative who first helped me when I arrived at the dealership was very friendly, efficient, and professional. He helped me fill in the rest of the blanks for the application and made sure all the information was correct. Christian answered all my questions after I took a look at the truck and provided the necessary information along with a thorough explanation. Ashley(Finance Manager) went above and beyond to get the best deals possible for me! She was very communicative when going over everything, thoroughly and straight forward. During the entire buying process not once did I feel misguided, discouraged in my decisions, or like I was just another customer to make a sale off of. All in all, I felt truly taken care of and would definitely recommend the town location to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you again for the amazing experience!
