2027 Chrysler Pacifica Select

Nice clean establishment, great salesman. The only real issue is I paid a personal check down payment and had to wait 4 days to pick up the vehicle. I also had to call them and tell them the check gad cleared my bank, can I get my car, after an hour and a half they finally said yes you can come pick it up. Too far and too much traffic to go there 3-4 different days to receive car. Maybe if you trade in a car it's not as bad, but don't pay a down-payment with check.

Let me start this review by saying that, at first the salesperson that originally introduced themselves to me, didn't peak my interest. However, on my second visit, I witnessed a younger salesperson speaking with a couple over a Jeep Grand Cherokee L and his enthusiasm and energy caught my attention. I purposely waited around for him to free up! His name is Wayde Laughman! Wayde was fantastic! He helped me make a dream come true for my wife with our new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon! She is in heaven! Wayde was professional, friendly, and showed that he truly cared about our experience! 2 days after our first interaction we have our baby sitting in our driveway (picture below). Wayde and the rest of the staff at Faulkner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat are amazing and if you are looking for a new vehicle, I definitely recommend you going there and tell them Shawn sent you!
