The South Columbus Jeep dealership was able to listen to my issue , diagnose, and fix the problem I had. I previously took my Jeep to the North Columbus dealership several times and they could never find out what was wrong. I appreciate the South Columbus location. Jonathan is a great advisor. It did take 3 weeks for them to repair it and they did not give me a loaner which was inconvenient especially since it was warranty work. Otherwise it was a great experience.
Upfront pricing and quick turnaround. The service department, finance department, and sales department don't try to use shady uncharge tactics other than the usual offerings
They service is always great I don’t have a problem with that at all; however, the issue I had with my recent visit was that I needed to be shuttled home since I had to leave my car and since there was not anyone available at the time Chris ordered me a Lyft and I looked as if I am not paying for this, but he reassured me that I don’t have to pay nor leave a tip because they would take care of it. So I was extremely happy they took care of me. But little did I know that when I went to pick up my vehicle the next day, my invoice showed that they charged me for the Lyft and included it in my total due. They backed doored me and stuck me with the bill after all. Now I am a bit upset, and I will continue to use them for services, but I guarantee you they will be deducting that $32.16 off my next bill or service. That was unfair how they did that, because if I knew I would have gotten me a ride from a friend who would’ve been glad to come and get me. So, AutoNation, please read this throughly and know that I feel like I deserve a credit for this ride that was told to me would be taken care of by you all. Also know that I am satisfied with my service, but please next time just be upfront if you were going to charge me for it. Thank you!
