I was initially in contact with the Internet Sales Rep Amparo. She wasn't rude, but she wasn't friendly either. Overall I had a good direct buying experience. I was offered the Kelley Blue Book value for my trade in. The salesman Jay Davis was patient, courteous and easy to talk too. He didn't hassle and answered all of my questions. Although it was late, Angela in the financing office made the final step smooth and comprehensive. I truly thank them for assisting in securing the vehicle I truly wanted.
