Jalen was awesome! And the financial team was great as well! We had been at a competitor half the day, so we were feeling a little hostile towards sales people, Jalen handled it like a champ. They were honest and straightforward from beginning to end, we will be back in a couple years to purchase our next truck, and until then we will refer everyone we know to them for their vehicle purchases! My experience overall was great, only one hiccup the entire buying process and that was on my lender. I came in and the price online was actually the price they were asking for the truck. We were able to have very fair negotiations and strike a deal. My salesman James was the exact kind of person I prefer to deal with. He didn’t try to pressure me, he was patient with my toddler running around and being crazy during negotiations. Taylor, the sales manager, was great as well. I appreciated that we were able to strike a deal within an hour of seeing the truck, especially when we were way off at the start. I would recommend doing business with them again.

I just had an amazing experience with Jason in the service department! I can not elaborate more how easy he was to work with and how prompt he was! Our warranty department was a nightmare but he bartered and got us what we deserved. He is the absolute best! Thank you Jason! And on top of it. They told us our car wouldn’t be ready until a friday He got it to us that Tuesday! Super early. Very thankful!
