2027 Chrysler Pacifica Select

I had an issue with my '24 Wrangler that was purchased at a dealership out of state. Montrose did not hesitate to get me in immediately to take a look at it. Kim and Sam in service were great throughout. Although it ended up taking a month by the time it was fixed (supply issues, they had to wait on my parts repeatedly) I never felt out of the loop or that I got anything but the best service. Will definitely be looking for ways to send them business going forward.

Hidden gem! Came across Montrose Chrysler in Kingsville, OH by accident while surfing the net. Cool little place and just my style! It's not one of these giant car dealerships but they have quite the selection of trucks. They had some great deals going on during this crazy cost era. We were greeted nicely by two gentlemen as soon as we walked in and Jason stepped right up to help us out. He is very personable, easy the talk with and very accommodating. Told him about 3 trucks of interest and I turned around and they were all sitting right outside the front door waiting for me to check out and compare. Wow, that was quick. Enjoyed talking to Jason in a very relaxed atmosphere. Test drove 3 trucks and left with one of them! I wasn't expecting to leave there with a new car, but when it's right, it's right. I would definitely consider them again for a new truck/car and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Ask for Jason White.
