These guys were more then helpful with helping me get a new car after my other car decided to try and practically start on fire. I would definitely suggest them to anyone as they were the only ones to offer me any money for my junk car as well, and with bergstrom there are a pile of different dealerships that they can get cars from and get to this dealership for a test drive and or purchase, there definitely worth a look! Also make sure to talk to Dan Schilz as he was the one who was so helpful to me, helping me figure out what is out there a bit and looking into getting vehicles from other lots that I seen on the computer for test driving, definitely a nice guy to work with!!

Usually do 98% of my vehicle mods and repairs, but my Jeep had a few recalls and one was a defective airbag, so made an appointment with Bergstrom Jeep in Oshkosh. Since I had recently replaced my A/C compressor and condenser I asked if they could recharge my freon. I used their shuttle service which was a really nice service, safe driver, good conversation. I was updated every step of the way via text, which was very convenient. Work was completed and I had the option to view the work details and costs as well as pay all online. Estimate was spot 5and actually a little less than they thought - always a bonus right? I asked a question afterwards and they sent me an answer very promptly. Service Manager reached out to me to see how things went with the offer to contact them personally if anything wasn't right. The only negative was my new Katskin leather seat had grease on it, but cleaned right up. They also did a free inspection and let me know a few things that needed attention and quoted me on each with zero pressure to have them done. Overall I have to say I was extremely pleased with their friendliness, efficiency, and everything was upfront and clear no surprises. I will definitely take my Jeep back in the future as needed.
