OLD MANAGEMENT ????VS NEW MANAGEMENT???? *** READ ALL Old management— We bought a car from Jason Pilger in January and have had issue after issue & took it back to them over and over trying to get it resolved. I got tired of dealing with them honestly and started taking it else where for any work it needed.They were very ugly and rude the whole process, even though we took the car back with the same issue over and over. They didn’t try to fix it correctly. Months later the car messed up enough we had to take it back to the dealership and the motor needed to be replaced. Ended up that the warranty would not cover it… New management- When we went this time and dealt with the staff here, they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make things right. They took care of the old car issue and we ended up with another car. I can’t thank them enough for putting in the effort they did and for helping us in every way they could to get us in a reliable vehicle. Thank you to Ron and Andrew. I highly recommend Jason Pilger for your car needs. They are under new management and they are amazing! We LOVE our new ride!!

My car search began in late May. I was not excited because of horror stories about dealing with car salesman. My experience with this Dealership has been nothing but great!! I knew what I wanted and they worked to get me what I needed. Transactions were handled by text or email and they even delivered the car to me and picked up my trade in. They have gone above and beyond with a few issues with the car and I couldn't ask for better service or people who care about me being satisfied with my purchase and everything being just right.
