2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L Plus

I walked in not knowing what to expect upon arrival Nico came and spoke with us. and let’s just say this man right here is very polite respectful and very upbeat His personality is basically what sold the car he was very informative and took the time to explain the process even with my million questions and not once did he get impatient with me He is awesome keep him around . We also met Steve and let’s just say again the personality and atmosphere they provide is unlike any other they made my day very pleasant and I also drove away with a new 2024 mustang that I didn’t think was possible but these guys right here rock I’m glad they made this experience a good one I would definitely recommend going to talk to them before looking any where else they are both awesome people and will do anything they can to help you get the car of your dreams hassle free Thanks again Nico and Steve y’all are the best !!!!

What an experience I had this past weekend with Capital Ford. First off, I was lightly browsing vehicles at this dealer since I bought my 2016 Ford Mustang here and knew that they would likely have something else I would want. Initially I was going to switch teams and seek out this Toyota Corolla, but it didn’t make much sense after talking numbers. I was assisted by Mike Griffith (Sales) and Mike Nystrom (Finances) who allowed me to make a very informed new car decision. My problem was wear on tear I was putting on my mustang cause of my job and how I was finding it to be inconvenient and unfair on the car. Mike listened to me express how I had no interest in giving up my mustang so they offered a solution. Go electric. You can keep the mustang name and solve the maintenance issues that come with engines. While nervous to take the jump to electric, I drove the Mach E and was immediately in love. Mike Griffith is extremely personable, and Mike Nystrom (who worked with me on my ‘16 Mustang) is the deal closer. I would be lying to you if I said I didn’t have a mostly seamless experience. I’ll keep sticking around at Capital Ford for the time being.

Wonderful experience! 10/10! I messaged the dealership and received a quick reply that started the car buying process. Honestly they made the whole experience a breeze from start to finish. I drove 4 hours and expected a snag (of some sort) but Stephan Murphy greeted me with a smile and took care of everything. Outstanding customer service, professional and polite is an understatement. I was then passed to the business manager Alex Tolentino who was on point with his organization and knowledge. I greatly appreciate him walking me through the paperwork and answering all my questions.
