I've been going to this dealership for service on my Dodge Charger for over 3 years, and I bought a Jeep yesterday with the help of a very knowledgeable, kind, and super helpful salesman, named Bill. He wasn't pushy at ALL, and helped me with all the info I needed for me to make a very good informed, and happy decision about my purchase. The reason for 4/5 stars has nothing to do with Bill. He was great! The finance guy (manager?) I'm not sure what his name is. He was very pushy! He showed me 3 options with payments. I chose the one without the extended warranties, as that's something my husband and I had discussed previously. He questioned me as to why I'm declining. "Do you take care of, and service these issues on your vehicle yourself? I don't know why you'd refuse one of these options for warranties, care of your vehicle, and so on." I told him again which option I'd like (same as the 1st time), and he stood up (I swear this guy is like 7 feet tall), and said "you seem like you're pissed off. I'm not sure why that is. I've given you fair options to choose from." I told him "yes, you did, but you're also not respectful of my answer, and I don't need to explain my reasons to you at all. I've told you 3x now what option I've chosen, and you've been disrespectful and dismissive of it all 3 times. THAT'S why I'm pissed. THIS (handing him the paper with my chosen option) is what I want. I'd appreciate if you'd write up the paperwork for that, please, and thank you." He walked away to his office. No apology given for his behavior. Bill, who had only caught the last part of the conversation, was more than just apologetic for his coworkers attitude, he was remorseful. So, I ended up buying a beautiful dark red JGC L Laredo, and so far, I'm very happy with my decision. Thank you, Bill, for all of your patience and help. Very much appreciated, and I'll definitely refer you to friends and family for future purchases. I hope you have a great summer!

He was very accommodating, fast, and very attentive to my needs. Bill not only is a great salesman but he also connects with your on a personal level, he makes you feel like you have known him for years. This is the best experience I've ever had with a dealership! Full stop! I worked with Brian Carruthers and he was a joy! I knew what I wanted, I knew what I didn't want, and he found me the perfect match. He was kind, thoughtful, and very easy to talk to. The van is perfect and the price was completely fair. No pushy salesman here. I had been to many other places looking for my next van, and they were all disappointments. I came here with my gaurd up, ready to be let down again, but instead I was met with patience and knowledge. They even offered to deliver my new van to my home!
