Growing up, my mother was a faithful Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram customer, and I can now say that I understand why she always insisted on purchasing her vehicles there. I went on to purchase my Chrysler 300 there, and my experiences with them as a customer have always been positive. They really do go above and beyond to accommodate your needs to the best of their ability, and they strive to make sure that you are satisfied with any services/work provided. I recently needed to bring my car in to have several recalled parts replaced and get some assistance with a random malfunction that locked me out of my navigation system. From scheduling the appointment, the service department's clear communication with elaborating on the work being done to ensure understanding, to their courtesy shuttle providing rides so I wasn't forced to hang out and wait there or make other transportation arrangements...it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
