This week I on a whim stopped in to buy my mother her dream car. I knew what I was going for so that definitely helped with the ease of things. I was helped by Destiny Nelson. She worked quick and patiently. I had my son 3.5 year old son with me who absolutely loved her and he didn’t make it easy. She was fantastic with him & if he was driving her crazy, she didn’t show it. She helped sort out the financing when I was unsure whether to go through personal or business & honestly just made the process a bit less stressful. If you stop in & have crazy kids, definitely say hi to her. I also want to give notice to a sales man whose name I didn’t get. He sat basically in front of her & had cars on his desk. My son loved them and he brought them over to help entertain him. He also gave me some knowledge between base packages and upgrades but other than that I have no experience with his sales, but he was very kind.

My salesman Don went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. He really took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and taught me valuable information about the car. He did not pressure me, as I was just in the market to shop around, but was so happy with the overall experience that I walked out with a lease on a new car that day. They offered me a great deal and kept their word, I was in and out of the dealership within a few hours with my new Wrangler. Cannot say enough great things about my experience at the Monroeville Jeep with Don Wennersten!!
