What a great experience! Started with chatting via email about a truck that was “coming soon” to us driving down from LA and them having the truck ready for us to see it. Sat down with our sales person Presley to chat what we wanted to do. Alex the sales manager came up to say hi. Auto-nation is nice because the price you see is the price!!! Once we had everything ready we had the pleasure of having Melanie walk us through the paperwork and the extra warranty’s they offer. The warranty's are fully customizable! If we ever need another vehicle we will definitely keep Auto Nation CDJRF in mind!

My car was totaled in a not my fault accident in March. I've been searching online and in person all across southern California for a replacement. Until I met Donny at AutoNation in Carlsbad. I found my perfect car. I am not an easy customer, I leave and come back, etc. He remained polite and helpful. As did the Sales Managers and Finance Manager. Everything went smoothly in the process. GM Alex paid us a visit after we were finished with the buying process, which was a great gesture of gratitude. I didn’t know Autonation was a big corporation until they let me know, it just felt like a small business where everyone was glad to say hi.
