2027 Chrysler Pacifica

I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership! I traded in my old jeep in and got a new one from Beck. They have been nothing but helpful and kind during my whole journey owning this vehicle so far. Anytime I have technical questions or issues with my vehicle, I can bring it to them and they fix it the right way the first time. I live in Saint Augustine and I make it a point to drive out to beck When I am getting my vehicle serviced or looked at because I know they are going to take great care of me! I cannot recommend this dealership and really any of the Beck dealerships enough!

This dealer has such a great service department. I have had a noise in my front end that several other dealerships could not fix and kept pushing me off. Not only did Beck's service department quickly diagnose the issue, they fixed it super fast. Kept me updated through the whole process. Other dealers should take notes on how these guys do it. They are professional and treat you like family. Justin my service advisor is extremely helpful and always calls me back or gives me updates. 10/10 service!
