We got most of the paperwork done before landing in Columbus and it took us less than 45 minutes to complete the purchase once we reached the dealership. Throughout this journey Bob Miller from the dealership was extremely helpful he showed us the car over the video in addition to providing some great inputs on the car. He not only got us a great deal but also made us feel very comfortable about the entire transaction.

Nice folks - very helpful. There is no sign indicating the service desk which was annoying. The parking lot is still "under construction" so it can be a challenge to find the right building - again, better signage might help.
