I even met one of the owners and had a good conversation. On long drive back home, I noticed an issue. I called them, with that sinking feeling you get when you think there's no hope. But instead of having to do battle, the manager Terry was very empathetic, listened and actually significantly helped with the repair - out of their own pocket.
