2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

Worked with Dave, John, and Logan to buy a Palisade. Being from quite a ways out of town, we wanted to be absolutely sure we enjoyed it. Dave let us test drive for a little longer to help make our decision. Both he and John were very responsive in the following days to set up buying the car over the phone so all we had to do was come in and finalize paperwork, making the process and absolute breeze. When we came in to pick up the vehicle, Logan was very eager to answer any other questions we had and made sure we were all squared away. These three really made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. A pleasure to work with and would absolutely travel 3+ hrs to buy from Colby Chrysler again!

We bought a brand new van from them, twice within 4k miles it needed service work that required a tow. They were exceptionally fast. Gave us a wonderful loaner car. Also my daughter’s car needed a battery and a checked over before a big road trip. They found and replaced a defective part, then when it didn’t seem to drive right they made it a priority to inspect it again and address the issues found. Thus shop values its customers!

I have dealt with Chad Hauser for many years and have always been well satisfied with his excellent customer care. He treats me like his "second mother".
