Being an educated consumer is always important, the news is always full of car owners who get pitched by fly by night extended warranty companies who buy your information and you're in their data bases. I was contacted by a company looking to have me sign up my late wife's Jeep protection warranty, and many of these companies warranties aren't accepted by many repair facilities. My wife had brought her jeep to Bayird before and was satisfied with their service. So, I reached out to them and spoke with Steve Bales, regarding this matter, and he explained this matter in more detail and said that he never heard of the warranty company that was pitching me for business and pressuring me to sign up. Having worked in telemarketing, I know the drill, and said I would get back to them. Which I didn't do. Steve offered me a *much* better extended warranty policy at a price that was more reasonable. Not only that, we looked up the possibility of an extended warranty for my 2005 Chevy Tahoe, and also found a policy available for that too. I'm very glad to now have a full warranty coverage for both vehicles. Thank you Steve and Bayird Dodge Chrysler and Jeep Dealership ????????

Just needing a state inspection for the 1st time I called the dealership. Honestly, the woman that answered the phone was rude. We were able to get a 4:30 time slot for later that day. We arrived and the lady working the service counter was courteous and pleasant (not the same person from earlier phone call). The car is taken back and inspection completed. While paying and getting documentation we were approached by a mechanic. The mechanic having noticed our military veteran plates asked whom was in the military. I responded, my husband. The mechanic turned to my husband and in the most sincere and kind manner thanked my husband for his service. My husband and I were astonished by the sincerity. The sincere nature made us both decide that upon needing a new vehicle we will buy from this establishment. Solely because of the mechanic and his sincere and good natured thoughtfulness. It truly meant a lot to my husband.

Love the honda! I've already had people try to buy it off me. Actually had a conversation with previous owner who just couldn't stand driving a car and wanted something bigger. I've already ordered a cold air intake for it, much better on gas than my minivan. My kids actually don't mess this vehicle up bc they love it also.
