After purchasing a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L during its inaugural season, it’s expected to have some issues and necessary updates as any new vehicle has. After some shortcomings with a new service staff during a time of a lot of personnel and building changeover I voiced concerns over some quality control issues within that department as I was unsatisfied with a particular service I brought my new Jeep in for. I am overly impressed with how Chris Riggs, the General Manager, has gone out of his way to address my specific needs to make certain things right with my vehicle concerning warranty and recalls. He not only addressed my concerns appropriately but also immediately. Due to his outstanding communication and his willingness to truly put the customer first, him and his team at Findlay will continue to have my business for years to come both in the service department and when purchasing a new vehicle.
