2027 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

I’ve gotten my oil changed twice at Preferred Chrysler in Grand Haven now. Both times were quick and easy. I filled out a service request online the day before, and they were able to get me in and on my way within 20 minutes. The waiting area is nice and equipped with work stations if you bring a laptop with you to get stuff done. Overall, a great experience, and I definitely would recommend using their services!

I drove almost 2 hours to find the Jeep I was looking for at Preferred CDJR. Andy was waiting outside for me and already had it pulled up and ready for me to drive. Despite thinking my appointment was with his brother, another customer needing his attention as well, and a misplaced key, my appointment went pretty quickly and smoothly. Everyone there went out of their way to take good care of me and my son. They applied every discount possible and were much easier to deal with than other dealerships. The whole staff was personable and kind. They even sent a driver to my house the next day to pick up something I had not brought to the appointment. A week later, special arrangements were made for me locally for the final touch on my Jeep. I think it is worth the drive for me to continue shopping at Preferred CDJR in the future.

We drove from ohio today to purchase our New 2023 Compass. Matt was our sales consultant, I had been speaking to him for a couple of weeks about a particular vehicle and my trade in. We finally made the trek up to Grand Haven and we are so glad we did! Matt was great, very nice guy, laid back. Derik handled the financing and was able to give us some advice on how to get our payment down etc. They gave us a great deal on our trade in, more than anyone else I had contacted. Would definitely recommend these guys! I love my new Compass!
