2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Best and am very happy with the purchase and process. Like most people, I dreaded wanting a new car because buying a car is frustrating. After a few stumbles and annoyances at other dealerships, I ran into Chris Kasper and Scott Younie at Best. It was right as the cyber hack was shutting down dealerships but those two worked through the headache with me and we agreed upon a price without any gross back and forth. Chris went out of his way to send me the manuals that weren’t included and made me feel heard and understood throughout the entire process. I can’t remember the deadhead finance managers name but he was awesome too. Believe me that I never planned on writing a great review from buying a car but it was good experience.

I recently had an experience where an animal had got into my vehicle through the engine and I had significant damage and Best was absolutely amazing. i purchased the vehicle at Norwood Jeep dealership who became an absolute nightmare!! A friend told me about Best and I had my vehicle transferred to them from Central Jeep. Best treated me with respect and went above and beyond what they had to do ! They had to literally take the vehicle apart and they were so good about keeping in touch with me and I was so concerned that it was, not going to feel the same, like a new vehicle but after I received the vehicle, it has been absolutely perfect and I am so grateful to Best because they were so compassionate and they were so professional that I would not go any place else. I am grateful to the Whole service team. I love Best !
