I can't say enough good things about my experience at Jim Shorkey Youngstown. I worked with Eric who was just awesome! He was able to answer any questions I had. Had a lot of knowledge about the car I was buying. Never made me feel pressured and was able to get me what I wanted. The sales manager Chuck was also available to answer questions and definitely made for a relaxed, fun environment. Also, Deanna in finance was also awesome! They all valued your time and listened!
