2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

I live outta state and ended up having to have a new motor put in the truck. 2 weeks later the truck was done. The dealer was more money than the independent shops but all the independent shops could not get a motor for 2 months. Came to pick the truck up and the bill was considerably more than I had expected. They worked with me on the price of the bill and we met in the middle. Went to leave and my truck would not start, went back in and talked with the service manager and he had 3 guys working on, discovered the starter went bad. They found a starter for me and put it in while I waited, I went from being unhappy to being very happy. They are a good honest Shop.

I was able to re-test drive to be sure the car was right for me, and this time I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the vehicle. Scott was also extremely patient with me as I worked through this decision. I never felt pressured to buy, only supported throughout the entire process.
