2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

I recently bought a 2021 charger from the location in Forest park and had the best experience! I went in with my mom and grandmother to look for my first car purchase as a teenager and we met Manny as our salesman. Manny was very friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Dodge Charger and its features. He definitely took the time to understand my needs and budget, guiding me through the process with professionalism and expertise. I did make the appt to look at the car they day of, so the specific used car I was interested in was at a different lot and we ended up having to wait hours due to Saturday traffic for it to arrive but the customer service and relationship we built with Manny was worthwhile. He ended up actually suggesting solutions and helping my mom out with repeating problems she has been dealing with concerning Ford; We really appreciated his level of knowledge and patience/ time he took with us even though at this time I didn't even decide on the car yet so it could've been a waste of his time. Oh and he ended up throwing in free car washes after to make up for the wait:). Long story short I fell in love with the car and drove home with it that night! Frank in financing made the process late at night super easy and fast too, great at explaining and really easy to work with. Overall I'm very happy with my experience, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns promptly and courteously. It's clear that they prioritize customer experience above all else, I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

The staff at Hawks Jeep were amazing. The personnel and the sales rep did a incredible job helping me get my new jeep Cherokee I would never ever ever go to another dealership on the scale to 10. They are absolutely a 20.
