Correcting my previous review!! While a little bumpy start in the process of looking at a used car I was hesitant to continue to move forward. However, the Cortland team reached out to understand my concerns. With a lengthy list of items, I wanted to discuss ranging from Trade in, Used Vehicle condition and payments we both openly communicated each topic on by one. Working with the Sales Manager Justin he addressed each of my concerns and then some. Justin and the team worked very hard to win my business and make me feel welcome and comfortable with my new investment. Devon wrapped at all up at the end with a very speedy delivery of a use Jeep Cherokee that (after understanding my concerns) is LIKE NEW! This Jeep is so clean its like I’m the first to ever drive it. Great Work done by EVERYONE at Cortland! Its this kind of teamwork that keeps me coming back. This is now my 7th vehicle from this group (including Fayetteville Dodge) and this Jeep is by far my favorite! Well done and thank you!
