Just had the very best service experience we have ever had from a dealership. Our diesel truck encountered a DEF problem in the middle of Yellowstone National Park. It had a countdown with remaining milage until the vehicle would be limited to 5mph, this dealer ship was just within our reach. I called and spoke with the service manager Jason who worked with the technician to find a way to squeeze us in to an already packed schedule. I showed up this morning and they got the truck in right away and resolved the issue with a part that they luckily had on hand. They even washed the truck before handing it back to us. We are on a 3 week road trip and over 1000 miles from home on a schedule. These guys literally saved our trip. Can't say enough about how I was treated here. Thank you!!!
