2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

In all honesty, I didn't have the best experience at first with this dealership, though it was purely honest coincident. I went back to the dealer twice with issues. The second time they let me talk to the mechanic, with the car on the lift, and figure out what was causing my issues. Although I still have some unanswered questions and some conflicting evidence of mechanical work. I think these guys are about as honest as they come. Just be a forward as possible and they will work with you on it. I left a 4 star because I did have to bring it back at least once.

The staff at Asa Auto Plaza are top notch professionals. Each department provides customer service that is second to none. I purchased my Chevy Malibu from Asa Auto Plaza a few years ago. Bought my car from Rob via the Internet. Both Rob and Ed worked to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed. Because I live 180 miles away Rob agreed to meet me in Austin for delivery. When he arrived Mr Asa took the car for a wash and topped off the tank no charge. The follow up, communication, and customer service is awesome. Great people!
