2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

We were traveling home to Ohio when we began to have engine trouble. Todd Boyer was able to get our car diagnosed and repaired in just a few hours despite a full day of scheduled repairs. This allowed us to get back on the road. We highly recommend them!!

Excellent service department, I'm from out of town and I was working a 12 hour nite shift when I was driving back to hotel in morning and my check engine light came on. I went to service department a 1/2 hour before they opened and met service manager Todd in the parking lot as he was coming into work,I explained my situation and he said no problem we will get you in right away... I really needed to get it looked at so I could get some sleep before my nite shift..they got me in and on my way all taken care of in 10 min... no appointment, before they opened and Todd was nothing but courteous, professional ! the service tech that took care of my issue was awesome as well ! They went above and beyond for customer service which is hard to come by these days ! and especially for someone who was really tired ????
