We instantly were greeted with warm smiles and so many options. The facility was clean and beautiful!! Brenden, our sales representative was amazing. He went above and beyond. He answered all our questions and explained everything very thoroughly. Aaron is the person we were in communication with over the phone before coming in. He’s a busy man, but never left us hanging. He was never pushy or said things like “this sale is only good for today” when it got towards the end of the month. We experienced this with so many other dealers that it made the buying experience not pleasurable. Aaron held his word until we were able to make it in and look in person at the vehicles. Let me be the first to say that being able to access their vehicles online and see so many pictures of one specific vehicle is amazing. We live about 50 minutes away so it was nice to explore the options before getting there and being able to tell Brenden which ones we wanted to look at from their online catalog. There isn’t any hidden information; everything is straight up as it should be. From exploring, to shopping, and purchasing the process went smoothly. It was the best experience we’ve ever had. We will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else. Our experience at Richardson’s was professional, but they made you feel like family. Everyone had a smile on their face and made sure we were being helped. Now lastly, I am OBSESSED with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was incredible to drive away with such a beautiful vehicle.
