2027 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

I had excellent customer service by Claire at the service desk, and most importantly by Gerry in the repair shop. I have a vintage 1990 Chrysler TC by Maserati. It needed some repairs and TLC to bring her up to speed. Gerry found all the parts and got the repair work done quickly. I think he even enjoyed doing it! :) Thanks you guys for your seamless service my car! I am a very happy customer! :)

Bottom Line: Ryan Laubach, David Wiganosky, and Seth Timmerman are AMAZING and you will get an AMAZING deal at Rairdon CDJR Bellingham! Due to my family growing, I needed to trade in my Truck (aka my baby!) for something more practical. This was very difficult for me; my truck was more than a vehicle. It was my accomplishment, it was memories, it played a big part in my life, and it was mine. However, through the combined efforts of Ryan Laubach, David Wiganosky, and Seth Timmerman, I was able to accomplish this…and I cannot praise their efforts enough! From the very beginning and even after the deal was done, all of them were accommodating, friendly, supportive, and ensured all of my questions/concerns were addressed. They were upfront, open and honest; there were no “games” and I truly felt that they had my best interests in mind and to ensure I got the best deal possible. Might seem silly to some, but today wasn’t easy because I had to trade in something very valuable to me. However, as a result of Ryan, David, and Seth…I am extremely happy with the Vehicle I bought (Wagoneer L) and the deal I got! I have zero doubt it was the best deal and I am looking forward to the new memories that my family will have with it. The team at Rairdon’s service was extremely helpful in getting my car to their shop (it had to be towed from our house), diagnosing the issue quickly, and communicating regularly what was going on. When we had to wait on a part to ship, they arranged for a nice (new) loaner vehicle to use. The repair took a little longer than expected, but they were very good at keeping me informed and treated me respectfully throughout the entire process. I’m very happy at the ease of getting my car repaired here and to have my Wagoneer back and running!
