Ron in service went above and beyond to help us get a new fob programmed for our Jeep. He stayed late so we could get our car. He saved our family vacation. Great customer service !

took my relatively (2021) new jeep to chrysler dodge because I thought I had an issue with the cooling system. They provided shuttle service from/to the dealership and performed an extensive review over the cooling system and fortunately found noting wrong. Being from out of state I thought they would find “something” but did not. they provided updates during the day as to what they were seeing and the additional tests that tey were doing. Very pleazsed with the service. Would recommend them

We read our car towed to this dealership on the Friday before Christmas because it wouldn’t start. Although the problem isn’t ultimately fixed they got our car running and the general manger treated us exceptionally kind.
