I was working with another dealership (partner to academy) closer to my house, but the salesperson wasn't super responsive. I reached out via Academy's website (where the vehicle was physically located) and got handed to Jason immediately. He called and when I didn't answer, he sent me a text. We communicated through text 100% and were able to do the deal remotely. When I got to the dealership to wrap up paperwork, Jason had my vehicle ready to go. Not only that, but every single employee I came in contact with was beyond friendly. I buy a new vehicle every year and have worked with way too many dealerships, and this one was hands downs the best experience I've ever had when car shopping.
Had an excellent experience buying a 2024 Wrangler Rubicon X from Academy CDJR! Tony Enkhjargal was terrific to work with, and could not have been more responsive and helpful, especially buying from out of state.
