2027 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

I have been driving Jeeps since 2017. I am from CA and have been traveling around the U.S. this summer. In my 7 years of owning a Jeep, I have NEVER been fully happy or satisfied with the service I received at a dealership until I went to the Cedar City service department with an issue almost 3 weeks ago. The service dept at Cedar City was not only kind and understanding (even to an out of town traveler!) but extremely competent and efficient. They listened to my problem. Looked at my car and gave me alternate solutions. A part had to be ordered and I was give a time frame. I was contacted within that time frame and I was able to schedule an appt in a day. Upon arrival, my car was serviced efficiency and I was on my way. If only all Jeep dealership service department were like this. Too bad they are so far away.

Our sales person was just excellent ! She helped us to get the Jeep that we wanted and at a great price. Everybody was helpful and friendly and we love our new Jeep! Thank you Cedar City Motor Company!

Jeremy was transparent, knowledgeable and kind. He was very upfront about the way they do business. Dealerships we have visited in the past have been pushy and manipulative. We always felt taken advantage of at other places. We would definitely come here again as the sales people do not work on commission and try to help you find the best vehicle for you.
