Tyler and his staff were friendly and professional. Rosa explained the wear on the vehicles tires and made suggestions. I appreciated how Tyler mentioned there are times when there are better deals on new tires. Tyler also explained how the Karl business would assist me in receiving the full benefits of the Ally vehicle support plan. I feel like my 2022 Chevy Blazer is in good maintenance hands.
