2026 Chrysler Pacifica Limited AWD

I was very happy with Wyatt my service tech at Carl Malone RAM/JEEP in Heber City and how him and his service crew took care of my baby. My Ignition Edition TRX. Far different than the other 2 dealerships I have used. Larry H. Miller service guys drove my first RAM TRX on a 300 mile joy ride doing over 116mph, launching it, etc. then put on paperwork they only drove it 15 miles. I lost the sale of it by this nonsense! I had used them on two other trucks. Not any longer! Plus, It only had 1000 miles on it!???? Then, even after buying 2 Ram TRXs from Doug Smith in AF, That musta not been felt by the service tech there. I needed 2 simple fixes under warranty done. The service tech there would never follow up on the fixes I needed on my truck. A suspension code, and faulty door handle paint which he just didn't care to deal with. Plus would never get me a loaner car unless I waited 6wks... that was still a maybe. Lol. When spending 6 figures multiple times on trucks, it is stressful when those responsible to assist, either shrug off that calling or disregard your concerns. Wyatt my service advisor at Carl Malone RAM/JEEP happily took care of all items, within just 10 days! Got me a loaner fast and was very professional. I recommend Carl Malone Ram/JEEP in Heber City. This is the first time we’ve purchased a vehicle without having to haggle over a truly fair price. We almost didn’t know what to do with ourselves. We scheduled a test drive with Ethan. He had the car pulled up to the front of the lot and ready to go when we arrived. It wasn’t a short, down-the-block-and-back test drive, either (it has happened…more than once). We were able to REALLY drive it. The entire experience was no pressure, informative and enjoyable. Ethan knew his stuff, wasn’t pushy AT ALL and even kept our 10 year old entertained through the process. This hasn’t been our first Jeep purchase (and I’m sure it won’t be our last), but it was hands down the best experience. We’ll be back in the future.

Our experience was wonderful ! Our initial contact Luka and then Quinn our salesman worked tirelessly for hours to find us the right vehicle at the right price. EVERYONE in the dealership was friendly and engaging. We definitely will go back there for any future cars and for service on our new vehicle.
