2026 Chrysler Pacifica Limited AWD

After having my car serviced at Fred Beans Jeep for new brakes and a water pump replacement, my car was returned to me with minor front end damage. After speaking to GM Jeffrey Reed, he took accountability and offered to make the repair. I am happy that we were able to get this issue resolved. I have always been happy with the service provided by the Fred Beans family of dealerships for my daily and collectible Chevrolet and Jeep vehicles. This is a great example of how a dealership provides outstanding customer service!

Bob Mitchell was not only extremely helpful throughout the purchase of our new Dodge Ram but equally as knowledgeable on everything about the vehicle and beyond. We never felt pressured but rather appreciative of his guidance and professionalism. He even called us twice after the purchase ( something new to us) to make sure we were satisfied and if we had any other questions. We would definitely recommend Bob to anyone looking to purchase a new Dodge/Chrysler product.

The sales experience with Sid Shore was amazing but I’m always concerned with how the service will be. This is the place for great service! Making appointments is easy, and they actually keep your appointment (I’ve had issues with other dealers). Also they communicate better than any dealer service department I’ve ever experienced.
