Overall we enjoyed our purchase experience. Brice was great start to finish to work with. Most of the deal was worked over text. Which made it easy to handle while I was working. We show up in person Brice had the truck ready for test drive. Quick family trip and we were all sold on it. Told them the payment we could afford. They came in under it very pleased. The down side was going into finance. Working with James who was very pushy about warranties and super condescending. I’m a mechanic at another dealership and don’t keep vehicles passed their factory warranty. There was no need to ruin our experience the way he did very unprofessional. Anyway other small thing was having to fill the windshield fluid and DEF the day after purchase. This should be handled in the PDI. All in all I would purchase from Brice and Johnson Plaza again. Just be prepared to be berated by James if you don’t want an extended warranty.

I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with Johnson over the past 3 years. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and each time, David and Matt have gone above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience. They are both extremely knowledgeable and always willing to do whatever it took to get the deal done. Recently, I also sold one of my trucks to Johnson and they gave me a fantastic price for it. New cars don’t make a dealership special, it’s how they treat prospective buyers. I’ve bought more cars over the years than I can count. I’m happy to say that Joe Cleland (sales) and John Pace (Finance Manager) made the buying experience at Johnson Auto Plaza the best that I’ve ever had. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve confirmed price with a dealership only to go to to the dealer and find out that they’ve added a paint protection package, LoJack, and a $500 charge for blinker fluid for the life of the car. When I arrived at the dealer the price was exactly what Joe told me over the phone and there weren’t any unexpected add-ons. After we test drove the Acadia we returned to a reasonable trade-in offer. After agreeing on price we ran our information through finance and we received a pretty good interest rate which is hard to do in 2024. When we signed the paperwork with John we were informed about extended warranties but weren’t pressured to buy them. When we received delivery of our new ride even though it was close to closing time Joe spent better part of an hour with us going through all of the features and functions of our new Acadia. With cars being pretty high tech I think that this is pretty important. The process from beginning to end felt like we were buying the Acadia from a family friend and not from a dealer. Not only would I recommend Johnson Auto Plaza to any friends or family looking to buy a car or truck I think they just earned me as a life long customer.
