2027 Chrysler Pacifica

I was able to have the pleasure in working with Anthony M. I was able to trade my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox in for my new 2023 GMC Acadia. It was very easy and the dealer ship worked with me. I absolutely love my new SUV, it is a major upgrade and exactly what I needed and wanted. I wanted all the upgrades when I got my Equinox 6 years ago but couldn't find it and settled. My wife and I purchased a 2021 Lexus Hybrid off the used car lot at Lithia Dodge last week. To say we are conservative and frugal shopper is an understatement, so we often times walk in with a mindset that is not conducive to by a car or work with the poor, unsuspecting salesman. We were immediately greeted by Bradley Oliver upon arrival hoping to shop for a late model Toyota 4Runner. To say I was a little tough on Bradley would be kind, but he never broke a sweet and he never lost his smile. He worked with my wife and I for a solid 3.5 hours only to come to the conclusion that we were not going to be able to make a deal work today. No hard feelings, we walked away not thinking we would return. Bradley, had other ideas and continued to work a deal for us throughout the evening. He reached out early the next day and we pushed forward with him to find ourselves in a new to use vehicle that we are extremely happy with. We were very happy with the service we receives and more importantly the work ethic displayed by such a young and energetic person likely Bradley. We are super happy Lithia does not have a high pressure sales team and you truly feel like they work for you. If you are a dealer, we see Bradley as a valuable asset and one that gives hope for the future of this profession. We will definitely be shopping with Lithia again. Chris and Lisa Howard

We are super happy with our buying experience! Michael L was so helpful, and got us a great deal even though we were upside down in our trade.
