I had an absolutely amazing experience. This was one of the best days that I had in a very long time the whole team made me feel like I was part of their team the experience I had was phenomenal me and my papers were allowed into the building I felt like I was not just a number from being online shopping to getting to getting my dream car was an absolute amazing day I still can't believe it. I met my twin birthday Gemini girl who showed me the car from my online experience with Miss Michelle and having her just put a smile on my face as soon as I walk through the door to meeting Sam and Jacob just the whole team looked off to me and my dog there was no doubt in my mind that I wasn't going away with what I came in for. I want to say thank you to the entire team that I met and that if you do go to Coldwell boulevard Dennis Dillon go say hello to them they will work with you that fantastic people. I just want to give a shout-out to this dealership for my great experience. Sam was very helpful in helping us get into a brand new car. He was very friendly- down to earth and professional. Rachel was also amazing when it came to working with the banks on the paperwork and financial side of things. Very knowledgeable and informative to me since I haven’t bought a car in years!
