Wetmore’s Jeep New customer experience review. First oil change. On July 18th, 2024 I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change at Wetmore’s. I decided to drop it off early so I can go to Phys-Ed gym and work out. Due to the extreme heat I inquired if I could be dropped off at the gym. I immediately reiterated that if it was a problem, not to worry about it. An employee immediately drove me to Phys-Ed. At approximately 1:10pm, I received a text message that my oil change was done!!! I was very pleasantly impressed that it was done early based on all my previous experiences elsewhere. As a new customer and very satisfied Jeep owner, I am glad that I purchased my Jeep at Wetmores. I was in need of a new vehicle and Jonathan Morales was my sales representative. Everything went very smoothly and Jonathon did a great job. When Jonathon was off, Jose Batista followed up on my questions. So from Sales to Service, I had experienced welcoming professional service. I am deeply impressed with my overall experience with Wetmores. Please thank the serviceman for dropping my off at Phys-Ed.
