The parts manager for my accessories for my new 2024 Ford Explorer, she was very friendly and professional . I recently had a service appointment at Champion Ford/Volvo of Erie. The appointment booking was easy & accommodating. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The service was completed at a reasonable price and in less time than originally quoted. The lounge was comfortable, wifi actually worked, and they provided many different types of beverages. I will absolutely return and I would absolutely recommend. Keep up the strong work Champion!
