Kevin K did an excellent job when my wife and I came in to purchase our new Mach-E. He was extremely flexible with our availability and communicated with transparency. I truly felt like my car salesman had my best interest in mind, which, from my experience purchasing a new Ford every year for the past 5 years, is not typical. I purposely waited a few weeks to make this review because in the past I’ve left the big dealers a good review after being happy with my purchase only to find that once they made the sale the customer service goes right out the window. Anthony and Broadway were incredible. I shopped around at around 10 dealerships between St. Louis and my home in Tampa, FL and it was the first with reasonable prices and great inventory. The customer service was excellent and extremely simple to make a deal and get me into a new Ford Transit. Anthony gave me his cell number and answered every time and never left me hanging.
