Kevin with the body shop is absolutely amazing! I had 2 issues with vandalism and finally got around to calling Ford to have them work on my car. Kevin provided great communication, honest projections, and comfort in the fact that I will be receiving the best care for my vehicle during the time it is with Ford. He eased my anxiety around this entire experience so far, especially with my insurance. Absolutely great service with Ford every time. Second time I have gone to Ford but the first time it was at the shop on 16th Street. That time was a great experience as well. Just had an oil change but still. And now, coming to Ford on Howe solidifies the love and appreciation I have for Ford.
