2023 Ford Edge SE AWD

This is the best dealership I've ever been to in my life... The staff takes customer service to the next level... It was honestly so refreshing... My family and I stopped by this dealership to check out a Mustang. The Mustang they had was a Grabber Blue convertible on the showroom floor. My sons immediately got in the 2 front seats at which point the manager asked me if it was all right if they could start it, With a huge smile on my face I said absolutely!!! My 14 year-old was sitting in the driver seat and pushed the start button and the V8 jumped to life... with the engine idling Mike told my son to rev the engine, my son being nervous barely tapped the gas.. Mike said "HARDER" LOL.. at this point I was laughing.. again my son hit the gas but not hard enough and the manager said hit it harder, lol. This was absolutely hilarious and the first time in my life that a dealer encourage us to play a little... it was fantastic.. when we got done with the Mustang we were chit-chatting and Mike the salesman said I'm going to pull something up for you to drive and he pulled up a Mustang Mach e-GT.. They once again encouraged us to test this machine out which we did.. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership bar none... I now have a new favorite dealership where I'll be spending my money at... Thank you so much Mike and Matthew... ??????????????????????

Always gets my vehicles serviced in a timely fashion. The work is always done to perfection and only the work needed to be done is completed. They also don't t upsell by having work that is not required just to make for business.

The service I have received at Pirro Ford has always been excellent. I recommend Pirro Ford service department to all.
