Today Sydney helped me achieve what I thought would be impossible. The entire team at Greenway Ford went above and beyond and to help us getting approved and in a new vehicle. Sydney however did truly go above and beyond and I will forever be thankful! I have had 2 bad experiences buying used cars previously and because of that I had many fears and was very stressed to be going through this buying process again. Sydney put ALL my fears to rest and truly walked through this entire process with me and made me feel so comfortable and never once did I feel like she was just trying to get a sale, in fact I felt the exact opposite! Sydney truly makes you feel important and understood. I can tell she genuinely cared about me and my situation and wanted what was best for me and my family! I will never be going to another dealership to buy a vehicle ever again! Sydney has gained another loyal customer for years to come!
