2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab Short Box

Met at my car by Robert and was very welcoming and cordial. 1st noticed cleanliness and order within the offices. Robert answered all my questions without hesitation. I felt very comfortable, never rushed. The car I wanted to see was ready, perfectly clean & shined. He was concise in explaining the '24 Chevy Malibu qualities as we took for test drive and I was happy with the performance of the car.

My receipt says that my truck had an inspection while getting an oil change and tire rotation. That is great and appreciated yet I received no report on the inspection other than to say it was done. At other dealerships in the past I have received a check list of items that were looked at and the amount of wear or life left on them. I was a little disappointed with the lack of details. If all I wanted was an oil change and tires rotated I didn’t even need to get out of my truck for oil and could have had my tires rotated for free at Costco while I shop. You asked….

Robert was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. Very courteous and not pushy. We pick our new Red Line Equinox up today. Also our Finance guy was very nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
