2026 Honda Civic LX CVT

As a single woman, the thought of buying a used car on my own was very intimidating. After searching websites for inventory and checking reviews of dealerships, I was dreading going to an actual dealership to purchase a car once I found one that "checked all of the boxes" for me - both the car and the reputation of the dealership. I just wanted to leave a review online to say that my entire experience from start to finish with Spitzer Honda of Euclid was a very positive one. The person I spoke with initially was Melissa Donovan and she was key in helping me feel comfortable driving the 3 hours to get to the dealership to check out the vehicle I was interested in. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helped answer any questions I had before I decided to take the next step. Next, I can't give enough compliments about my salesperson Craig Manning. He took me out on a test drive and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. He was kind, very helpful, and most importantly didn't have the high pressure slick sales tactics that I was worried I might encounter. He was very down-to-earth and the only thing he relied upon was the quality of the vehicles he was selling - which was top notch. My last Honda lasted me over 20+ years and over 250miles. I am hoping my most recent Honda purchase lasts me just as long. My sincere thanks to Craig, Melissa, and all of the people who assisted me at Spitzer Honda Euclid! A+
