I just wanted to say that the customer service is exceptional. I had 2 sales Representatives Traveon Boyd, & Carter Derouen helping me. These 2 gentleman listened to what my needs were. When you walk in ask for them by name. I was in and out. Also the Finance Manager Joseph was very knowledgeable on getting the best monthly payments that suited my budget. With the whole experience was great. I now know where to go for another vehicles in the future.
I had a great experience at Sterling McCall Honda. Salesman Carter Derouen was very knowledgeable, and so kind. I was desperate for a car when the tow truck delivered me and my car to the dealership lol... Carter was able to get me into a 2023 Honda Civic and I am loving this car!
