Very impressed with the level of response and professionalism by Mark in sales to Brian in finance. I needed to help purchase a vehicle for my parents that was challenging due to multiple factors...I live in Maryland, they are in Texas...we needed to trade in an older model vehicle and I wasn't traveling to Texas within the window of time that we needed to do the deal. Mark and Brian were amazing! They made our experience a walk in the park from the demo to the docs...communication was top level and timely, process was quick and done electronically, and whomever they had as support or part of their team helped them shine! Truly blessed to have chosen this dealership for our auto purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle.

We love our new 2024 Honda CRV EX-L! TOWER is the newest Honda dealership around and they have top notch people. Marci handled our concerns and got us the right CRV and Brian put it all together in the business office. They will tell you up front about the costs and programs available to enhance your ownership experience. FYI you will not likely get a discount from the MSRP list price of a new Honda. But truthfully, they are worth it. After carefully researching the market we landed on this car and we wanted to deal with the local dealer. I’m so glad we have Tower Honda in Longview.

I've been a customer of the Honda dealership for over 25 years. I bought my 1st Honda Accord in 1997 when the name was Brew Honda. I've always received excellent customer service from the service department and today the ladies in the department were wonderful. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the gentleman checking in my car seemed to be very unhappy and never smiled or said thank you. Cheer up sir, life is good!
