Balise Honda experience was great. Fair negotiations, helpful staff and management. Although Ricky had to leave shortly after we concluded our deal, this was not a problem and I was able to complete my new purchase without issue. I had left my work badge in the car I traded in, once they saw me return to the lot, they walked it right out to me, very convenient and helpful since I had my wife and baby in the car too. Overall happy with my experience, much better than some other Honda dealerships nearby! Plus, I love my new CRV!! First time Honda customer!

I have purchased 2 vehicles here. My first one was totaled in a not at fault accident 2 weeks after purchase. After insurance and what not went back and purchased my current vehicle. Great experience both times. Always return for needed service and the entire service department is wonderful. Always have clear explanations of what is needed and trust the service department completely. I feel that they care more about me and my safety and budget than about the profit. They show me what is most important to do and what I can wait on. Over all it is a great experience from purchase to long term ownership of the vehicle. Highly recommend them to everyone!!
